We couldn't resist. We know this is probably not the best thing to give a baby at eight months old, but this was just too cute not to do.



So here is Little Antonio in his first encounter with a double stuffed chocolate cream Oreo cookie.



Without hesitation, he stuffs it into his mouth.



You have to give this young man some credit. He might not have a cup of tea handy, but he already has the pinky finger sticking out ever so delicately.



At first we thought he would just put the cookie in his mouth and make it a little bit soggy around the edges. We thought he would loose interest after a few mouthfuls and discard it. After the first bite we realized that Little Nio would best get suited up for the task at hand.



The level of concentration required to demolish a cookie armed with only two teeth and lots of drool should never be underestimated. Intense concentration and single minded resolve are all a part of this process.



And then of course there's always time to consider the little gooey bits.



With the cookie now successfully destroyed, Little Nio decides to rush the camera in an attempt to share some cookie debris with his daddy.



Later that same day, I had to go into the office to do a quick bit of work on the weekend. We decided to take Little Nio with us. Instead of getting bored and throwing a fit, he simply sat down in the middle of the office and opened up the local newspaper.
