Here is Little Nio with his nanny, "Pa Ohm", who is the second cousin to my wife. She was there at our wedding and now she's playing a tremendous role in the life of our son, Antonio. She's wonderful and Nio really adores her.
Now here he is with a really cool hip-hop outfit, complete with a matching cap.
More images with the new hiphop outfit and hat, and then hugging his little toy "Blue", and then hugging an adorable gold elephant stuffed toy we've named "Chang" — which is the Thai word for "elephant".
His mom decided to change the hat with something more like a cap. A bright yellow cap even. Little Nio posing with his mom.

Sometimes Little Nio comes into my home office space and he likes to spend a bit of time with me. When I cross my leg sitting down, it creates a nice comfy little pocket he can sit in safely.
My son is a real character. It looks like Nio is telling me this amazing little story... that left us both in smiles. His range of expressions is amazing. I couldn't help myself, so I decided to do a little comic strip for this series of images that my wife took.
Someday soon I may be able to have a conversation with him about these photographs Maybe he'll remind me what that little story was really all about.
