Eleven Months Old, January 2008

At eleven months, Little Nio is not so very little anymore.

In Trolley

Here he is sitting in his baby trolley. We no longer use his basket in this trolley because he doesn't fit there anymore. Not sure what that expression is all about.

Reading

Reading one of his many baby books with Pa Kut watching over him. This particular book is about the parts of the body. It may come in handy should he decide to become a vivesectionist or a doctor.

with Daddy

Little Nio's social life is pretty busy as well. Here he is with his Daddy at "Savoey Seafood Restaurant". It's supposed to be a very famous restaurant franchise with good food and reasonably priced dishes. We are hosting a dinner for my Fraternity batchmate, Vince Concepcion and his wife, Mabel.

Here we are all together. From left-to-right, Tito Vince, Tita May, Mommy, Little Nio and Daddy.

Car Seat A

This was taken in our car with Little Nio all buckled up into his new car seat. We are on our way to church on Daddy's birthday to hear mass.

Brithday

After mass we all had lunch together, joined by Tito Sisay, Ninang Ruthie and Ate Christel whom we met at church. We all had lunch at Coffee Bean by Dao again. It's one of the more convenient places near to the church.

Car Seat B

The next day we're off again in our car to go visit our house in Urbanion. It's still under construction, but it's slowly reaching the final finishing phases.

Urbanion-01

Inspecting the room with Mommy that will later become Little Nio's bedroom.

Urbanion-02

On the ground floor where it's all ceramic tiles, Mommy has to keep tight hold of Little Nio who is poised to dash off. He's not quite ready to walk yet, but that's not going to stop him from trying to run away.

Standing at the front doors of the new house with his Mommy, this really is starting to feel like our new home.

With Mommy

Back once again at our apartment in SB Court. Smiles for everyone. Unfortunately the new house won't be ready for Nio's birthday next month. It looks like it will be done before the end of March. We're all keeping our fingers crossed, but so far we're happy with the work progress.
